Common questions

• Plans and allowances: see Pricing for what each plan includes and when credits reset.
• Billing, invoices and cancelling: open Account and billing in the app. The billing portal has your tax invoices, payment method and cancellation. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Posts do not sound like your venue: update your venue profile with more menu detail and product photos, then generate again.
• Reminders: the reminder option adds the post idea to your own calendar and saves it in Nibblo. We do not send reminder emails.
• Deleting your account: you can export your data and permanently delete your account from Account and billing.

A reminder

Nibblo creates content for you to review, share and publish. Share post opens your device's own share menu so you can send the image to Facebook, Instagram or another app, then paste the caption and publish it yourself. Nibblo never connects to, logs into or automatically publishes to your social accounts, and AI drafts can contain mistakes.
