Terms of service

By using Nibblo you agree to these terms. Nibblo is a tool that drafts social media content for you to review and publish yourself.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for everything created under your account. Any paid plan terms that apply to you are shown before checkout and in your account.

Plans and payment

  • New paid launch plans are not currently open. Before accepting a new payment, Nibblo will show the approved price, currency, billing interval, included allowances and any trial or promotion that applies.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nibblo does not store your complete card details.
  • If you already have a paid subscription, the price, billing interval and allowances shown in your Account and billing area continue to apply unless you approve a change.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from Account and billing inside the app. Unless a different term was shown and accepted at checkout, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund rights remain subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, menus and details you upload, and of the posts Nibblo drafts for you. You grant us permission to process that content in order to provide the service.

What Nibblo does not do

Nibblo does not publish to social platforms on your behalf. Reminder emails are sent only when enabled for your account. Drafts and generated images are suggestions. You are responsible for checking accuracy, pricing, allergen and availability details before you publish. See our AI notice.

Availability

We work to keep Nibblo available and accurate, but AI generated text and images can contain mistakes and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the service is provided as is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
