Nibblo is built for hospitality venues promoting their own food, drink and events. This page sets out what is not allowed.

Do not use Nibblo to create

Unlawful content, or content promoting illegal goods or services.
Misleading claims, including fake pricing, fake availability or invented health and allergen information.
Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks or likeness, including uploading photos or logos you do not have permission to use.
Hateful, harassing, violent, sexual or discriminatory material.
Spam, bulk automated output for accounts you do not control, or impersonation.

Your responsibility

Nibblo drafts content. You decide what to publish. Always check names, prices, ingredients, allergens and trading hours before a post goes live, and make sure your posts follow the rules of the platform you publish to and Australian advertising law.

AI generated images

Generated pictures are grounded in the photos and details in your venue profile, but they are still AI images. Do not present a generated image as a photograph of a specific dish if it would mislead a customer.

Enforcement

We may suspend accounts that breach this policy. If something looks wrong, tell us at hello@bibbybots.ai.
