Privacy
Nibblo is a social post assistant for hospitality venues. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
- Your account email and sign in details, handled by our authentication provider.
- Your venue profile: venue details, menu and product information, links you provide and files you upload.
- Images you upload and images Nibblo generates for you.
- Drafted posts, captions and hashtags you save.
- Usage records so we can apply your monthly plan allowances correctly.
How it is used
Your venue information is used to generate posts for you. Content you upload is sent to our AI providers only to produce the drafts you request. We do not sell your data and we do not publish anything to your social accounts.
Product analytics
We record simple product events, such as "post generated" or "checkout started", with a plan name and counts. We do not record captions, prompts, uploaded files or venue profile fields, and we do not use third party advertising or tracking services. You can turn off non essential analytics in Account and billing. A small number of events tied to billing integrity and fault detection are always recorded because we need them to run the service.
Storage and access
Data is stored in a managed database and private file storage. Uploaded and generated images are private and are only served to you through short lived signed links.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Nibblo never stores your card details.
Deleting your data
You can export your data or delete your account from Account and billing inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, drafts and stored images, and cancels any active subscription. We keep pseudonymised payment and usage records for the period Australian tax and record keeping law requires.
Your privacy rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask for access to, or correction of, your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@bibbybots.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
